Welcome to our apartment house in the beautiful fishing town of Kali, located on the island of Ugljan. Our house features two comfortable self-catered apartments and a cozy studio apartment. Each apartment boasts a beautiful terrace with a table and chairs, offering stunning views of the sea. The beach is just a five-minute walk from the house, allowing you to easily soak up the sun and enjoy the crystal clear waters. A pleasant 15-minute stroll will take you to the town center, where you can explore the local shops and indulge in delicious meals at one of the many restaurants. For those arriving by ferry, the apartment is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the ferry port and town of Preko. We offer on-site parking for your convenience. Our apartment house is the perfect place for a relaxing seaside vacation, providing a peaceful oasis for you to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Croatian coastline.

Pet's Policy

All pets must comply with the following specifications (documentation from an accredited veterinarian must be provided by the Guest upon request): a. May not exceed 10kg. b. Must be at least 1 year(s) of age or older. c. Must be spayed or neutered. d. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm prevention is highly recommended. Pets Fee Apply. Pets less than 10 kg are allowed in our apartment - a surcharge of 5.00 EUR per night.
