House on a large plot, in a very quiet cove Landjin on the SW side of the island of Pašman. The house is a seafront with direct access to the sea and boat pier.
The house is simply equipped but with all what you need on a real nature holiday. The water pump secures normal water usage, but reasonable water consumption is required. Enough light secure solar panels and kitchen stove and fridge are gas running.
It is not possible to approach the house with the car. Your car has secured parking spot at the owner house on the North side of the island, and you will be transferred to the owner’s boat directly to the location.
All pets must comply with the following specifications (documentation from an accredited veterinarian must be provided by Guest upon request): (a) May not exceed 10kg; (b) Must be at least 1 year(s) of age or older; (c) Must be spayed or neutered; (d) Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations; Pet Fee Apply.
