This spacious and cozy house is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Croatian coast. The main floor features a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed for one person, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, and a bathroom with a solar-heated shower. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, as well as a lobby with a sofa bed for two people. Outside, there is a barbecue area with a roofed sea view terrace and loungers where you can relax and take the breathtaking views of the National Park Kornati Islands. The outdoor swimming pool with a shower and sunbeds offers stunning views of the surrounding islands. The house is environmentally friendly, with electrical energy (220V) generated from solar power, and rainwater collected in tanks for household use. The water is drinkable, but if you prefer other types of water, you can bring your own bottled water. We encourage our guests to use water resources responsibly. A boat berth is provided for those arriving by boat and a secured parking spot is available for those arriving by car. Upon check-in, the owner will transfer guests and their baggage to the holiday house via the owner's boat. This house is perfect for families with children, couples, and groups of friends who want to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Dalmatian coast.
