Seafront Holiday Home Joyce

Joyce is a stunning holiday home situated in a prime location, right by the seafront on the picturesque island of Žižanj. The island is conveniently connected to the nearby island of Pašman, which is where guests will need to park their vehicles. The house can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and boasts a private boat pier for easy access to the sea.

Upon arrival, guests will be transferred from the car park to the house free of charge. The same transfer service will be provided at check-out. Please note that ferry tickets to the island of Pašman are not included in the price. For guests’ convenience, the owner can arrange for food supplies to be delivered once a week or more frequently if required. Mobile phones can be charged at the house.

This location is perfect for sports fishing enthusiasts, with some of the best fishing spots located around the island of Pašman and nearby areas. It’s a true paradise for sea adventurers!

Pets are welcome with prior arrangements and an additional cost of €5 per day per pet.
