    Overview

The Krka National Park is a spacious, largely unchanged region of exceptional and multifaceted natural value, and includes one or more preserved or insignificantly altered ecosystems. It’s a magical place of waterfalls and gorges, with the river gushing through a karstic canyon 200m deep. Sights built by humans are also a major draw of the region, the area’s remoteness attracting monks who constructed their monasteries here. Our professionally-guided tour includes a fascinating walk through an authentically restored ensemble of small stone houses, workshops, exhibits and watermills which show how water was used to make village life possible and sustainable centuries ago. Then we’ll begin our nature walk to enjoy the rich diversity of flora and fauna through a network of forest pathways as well over wooden bridges.

While walking around Skradinski Buk, there are a few watch points (panorama views) where you can get an excellent picture of the outskirts, everything is just majestic! Also there is a lot of fish in water pools nearby, it is just incredible how so much fish can live together. It is allowed to swim in Skradinski Buk (though there are no changing rooms nearby and you can put on a swimming costume using only natural fences). The water is not so cold as it could be in a mountain river. hen it’s a lot of water, which it is in the spring, there are waterfalls everywhere.
Price includes: ground and boat transfer, entrance tickets to Krka NP and Visovac Island, english speaking guide and cold buffet for a lunch.
